Local EPR Resolutions Around the U.S.
Local EPR resolutions have been adopted by more than 75 jurisdictions and local government associations in California, and by jurisdictions in Minnesota, New York and Massachusetts, based a model produced by Product Policy Institute. Product Stewardship and EPR resolutions have also been adopted by the National League of Cities and the National Association of Counties.

Texas Local E-Waste Resolutions
Sixteen local jurisdictions adopted product stewardship resolutions between 2006 and 2007. These resolutions gave critical support to passage of the Texas Electronics TakeBack Law, signed in 2007.
